Your medical history Before your treatment, we make a full medical assessment and we will ask you questions about your medical history and any illnesses or injuries you may have had. If you are taking any medication please bring along details of these. We want to ensure best possible care for you and therefore we may take your blood pressure and other clinical tests relevant to your condition   Examination We will assess your posture and we will ask to perform a range of movements to help identify areas of restricted movement. Osteopaths also use palpation to help diagnose areas of dysfunction in your body. Please bring a pair of shorts or wear clothing you feel comfortable in. Appointments Initial appointments take up to an hour with follow up appointments taking up to 30 min may be needed to treat your condition. We aim to see improvement in most conditions within 3 to 4 sessions however the duration of appointments varies depending on your condition and presentation   Costs All appointments are £45.00 with children, (under 18) £30.00. We also provide a discounted fee for Armed Forces, Police, NHS staff, Teachers and Students, costing £40.00.
